AW Rostamani Group has officially launched its AUTOTRUST network, a new subsidiary of the group that will deal with the sale of all brands of pre-owned vehicles and the service and repair of multi-brand cars. The company had recently opened a new multi-brand car service center in Sharjah and a multi-brand certified pre-owned vehicles showroom in Dubai.
Earlier, the AW Rostamani Group dealt exclusively with the sale and service of Renault, Nissan and Infiniti vehicles in Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates. With the launch of AUTOTRUST, the company will expand its expertise and services to customers to cover vehicles of all makes and models across the UAE.
Commenting on the launch of AUTOTRUST, Michel Ayat, CEO of AW Rostamani Automotives said that AW Rostamani has been in the automotive industry for over 50 years, and throughout this time, its top priority was its customers. AUTOTRUST was launched with the aim of making customers lives easier by providing more diversified services. Currently, there are over 3 million vehicles in the UAE with expired warranties, and he expressed his hope that AUTOTRUST would help to improve this figure. The AUTOTRUST network now includes four locations, but this is likely to expand in the future with the opening of additional centers over the coming months.
Luigi Rubinacci, Director of AW Rostamani Trading, added that AUTOTRUST would be offering a large number of services from which car owners across the UAE can benefit including tailor-made service packages that are suitable for any vehicle, budget or requirement. AW Rostamani is known for its high level of service and is the preferred partner for many leading insurance companies in the UAE.
The used car market in the UAE is booming and with the launch of AUTOTRUST, AW Rostamani Group is entering this highly lucrative segment. AUTOTRUST will focus on popular and pre-loved models which are no longer available in showrooms. Every vehicle will be put through a rigorous 145-point inspection and reconditioned by skilled technicians. Customers will also benefit from the new sell option and a range of other services including guaranteed warranty, 24/7 roadside assistance, buyback offer, exchange promise, insurance and finance.
