He added, “We’re guided by our company values and our purpose – to give people a better way forward. Our employees are deeply committed to that purpose, and I believe that’s why they’re so determined to make great tires and deliver great services that improve mobility for everyone.” Forbes joined hands with online statistics provider Statista, to poll over 30,000 employees in the United States who worked for firms having more than 5,000 staff members to rate their companies on a scale of zero to ten, if they were to recommend their employer to someone else. They were also to share their perceptions of other companies in their industry. Survey participants submitted their responses through several online access panels. The ratings they submitted were analyzed using the net promotor score theory and involved highly stringent criteria to determine the ranking and eligibility of the companies for the list of America’s Best Employers. This year’s list included 500 employers across 25 industries, which ranged from government agencies and universities to big corporations.
