CEER, Saudi Arabia’s first homegrown automotive brand, has opened reservations for the EXOBOT First Edition sedan and SUV at SAR 399,000 each. Both use a tri-motor all-wheel-drive system with 850 hp and a claimed range of up to 670 km. Regular production starts in early 2027, with the GCC to follow in 2028.
The reveal
Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman revealed the EXOBOT sedan and SUV on 21 September 2026 at CEER’s manufacturing complex in King Abdullah Economic City. They are CEER’s first vehicles and the start of a planned seven-model range by 2030, including mid-size and compact cars with a choice of powertrains. CEER describes the plant as the largest automotive facility in the Middle East.

Built for the heat
CEER says its “Halo Cooling” system can bring the cabin from 65°C to 32°C in 10 minutes, helped by triple silver-coated glass, special foils and dual front and rear air conditioning. The company designed the cars for Saudi Arabia’s heat, sun and long-distance driving.
How Saudi-built is it?
CEER says the EXOBOT was designed, engineered and built in the Kingdom, and it targets 45% local materials and components by 2034. The company was founded in 2022 as a joint venture between the Public Investment Fund and Taiwan’s Foxconn, and trade reports note it draws on international partners’ technology.
When it arrives, and what it means for the UAE
CEER plans regular production in the first quarter of 2027, with sales focused on Saudi Arabia first. It says GCC expansion comes in the first half of 2028, so UAE buyers shouldn’t expect the EXOBOT before then. CEER has not announced UAE details.
