Lamborghini today celebrated the sale of its 300th Urus in the United Arab Emirates. Since the first delivery in August 2018, the Super Sport Utility Vehicle has become a benchmark in its class by merging the soul of a super sports car with the functionality of an SUV.
The Urus has continued to grow from strength to strength thanks to its unique design and driving dynamics, which make it fundamentally Lamborghini. Powered by a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine producing 641 hp and 850 Nm of torque, the Urus continues to blur the lines between performance and functionality, making it one of the most desirable models in the region.
“The Urus is the biggest selling model in our line-up and continues to experience a resurgence in popularity. With 20 new colours available, new technology and an increased personalization proposition, it sets the standard for other cars in its segment. I would like to thank Lamborghini’s long-term distributor in the UAE, Al Jaziri Group for their support over almost 36 years, and we look forward to what the future holds for our partnership,” said Paolo Sartori, Head of Middle East & Africa at Automobile Lamborghini S.p.A.
Mr. Badr Al Jaziri, CEO of Al Jaziri Motors said: “The sale of the latest Urus reflects the positive demand we have for this car. The UAE is an important market for Lamborghini and as such we will continue our efforts to meet the demands of our customers while also providing them with the best products available.
