Davanti Tyres has relaunched its website to make it more customer centric and to help them gain better understanding of its range of van and 4×4 tires.
The British tire brand has been highly successful in a short period. The company launched its first tires in 2015 and in a short span of barely four years has expanded its distribution network to include distributors and dealers across 60 market and this network continues to grow.
This fast pace of growth has attracted significant attention, from both potential distribution partners and drivers who might think are now considering using Davanti Tyres for the vehicles they drive. Commenting on this development, Davanti Product Director Gary Cross said that as the company has grown, the importance of a digital presence that will provide customers with a smooth user experience and showcases the brand to the best possible effect has become more clear.
He added that in the initial days, the main purpose of the website was to serve as a reference point for the small number of consumers who needed more information and to help them locate their nearest dealer for Davanti tires. But now, with many more consumers preferring to ROBO (research online, buy offline), the company realized that the website not only needed to be clear and informative, but should also be attractive and serve as a means of supporting Davanti’s growing brand identity.
Davanti’s new website offers browsers more extensive detail about the company’s range of tires and the information is presented in a customer oriented manner, complete with 4K animations which demonstrate how Davanti tires deliver features like control, stability, braking and comfort, at-a-glance EU label scores for each tire size and a tire-matching system that is faster and more accurate based on the vehicle’s registration plate.
The dealer locator has been updated to help customers find their nearest Davanti stockist, register for Davanti’s Accidental Damage Guarantee and discover exclusive content from Davanti’s partners, which include Everton Football Club and the AIA Racing School at the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve.
“This site will evolve, we have some exciting developments already in the pipeline,” said Gary. “But the new Davanti website is no longer just a place to look at our tyre range, you can explore testing footage, watch cool videos, easily find the right products and where to buy them and share content simply through social.”
