Kärcher, one of the leading companies in the world when it comes to innovative cleaning solutions for the automotive sector has recently opened a dedicated one-stop shop for all after sales maintenance and service at Ras al Khor in Dubai. The move to open this new service center is part of the company’s expansion drive in this region. The ultimate objective is increase direct client interaction with the company and its high-quality cleaning solutions.
The Ras al Khor service center will provide clients with after-sales care and maintenance for both of Kärcher’s product lines, Home and Garden, and Professional. At the center, a wide range of solutions will be offered including repairs, purchase of accessories, and services related to annual maintenance contracts for fleet vehicles.
The opening ceremony was attended by eminent dignitaries including Axel Stolz, Executive Vice President, Sales Export, Kärcher, Richard Nouira, Managing Director, Kärcher Middle East FZE, and staff from the company’s Middle East headquarters.
Speaking at the opening, Nouira said that the company is working at expanding its reach to existing and potential clients. In order to facilitate this, Kärcher found that the best method is to be available directly, and as part of this strategy decided to open numerous service centers across the Middle East region.
He added, “We are excited at the opening of this new service centre at Ras al Khor as it is a milestone to meet the market requirements in the region.”
The service centre is located near Iris Village at Shed no 08 in Ras al Khor.
