The site nexentireusa.com has now become a highly informative website which is designed to make it every useful to help consumers find just the right tire for their vehicle.
Some of the most notable updates to the website include a new feature that makes it possible for browsers to text tire and dealer information to their mobile phone so that they can look it up easily when they are at a tire shop. They can also send the details of the tire that is most suitable for their vehicle to their email address. There is a button that provides them with the option to print their tire selection and dealer information. The revamped warranty registration page can be used to register tire purchases in an easy two-step process. In the first step, customers need to fill out a form to register tires with the Department of Transportation so that they get to see safety-related and recall information. In the second step, they can register their tires with Nexen’s Roadside Assistance program. As part of the program, they are entitled to receive 36 months of roadside assistance in the United States and Canada with a free on-site tire change or tow service.
Commenting on the new website, Kyle Roberts, senior director of marketing at Nexen Tire America Inc. said that since the all-new website was launched in June, the company has received highly favorable feedback from its customers and dealers regarding the website. He went on to add that the newest update is meant to make tire shopping even easier and to provide more customers with more information when they plan to purchase new tires. With the onset of seasons of inclement weather, Nexen Tire America also wanted to highlight its warranty and roadside assistance programs, to give customers an added feeling of safety when they use Nexen tires.
Dealers can use the website to gain easy access to the NexenACE dealer portal. The portal has a lot of valuable information and a number of training videos for Nexen dealers. They can also use the portal to earn points that they can accumulate with the goal of winning Nexen brand merchandise.
