Cooper Gets New OE Fitment for Nissan Navara N-Trek Warrior

Cooper Tire & Rubber has announced that the company’s Discoverer AT3 LT tire has been selected as OE fitment for the Nissan Navara N-Trek Warrior utility vehicle in Australia. The tire, which is part of the company’s Discoverer T3 range will be used in size LT275/70R17 for the vehicle.

The Cooper Discoverer AT3 lineup is a range of all-terrain tires for SUVs and light trucks that according to Cooper offers motorists the twin benefits of comfortable highway driving and the durability to be used with ease offroad.
Nissan worked with the Australian automotive engineering experts, Premcar, to develop and re-engineer the premium category Nissan Navara N-Trek Warrioer utility vehicle at Premcar’s Epping plant in Victoria, Australia. The vehicle has been termed as the most stylish and capable Navara made so far thanks to its impressive features like raised suspension, its unique body work, customized interiors and its premium Cooper all-terrain tire package.
Colin Skead, Chief Operating Officer, Exclusive Tyre Distributors which distributes Cooper tires in Australia said that the Cooper Discoverer AT3 LT tire was the obvious tire for the project to complement the suspension lift and 17-inch wheels. Cooper range of light truck tires have a history of being tested in the Australian outback for more than 25 years, and hence has a reputation as the tire of choice for adventurers and off-road enthusiasts from Byron Bay to Broome and everywhere in between.
