Lincoln Middle East’s summer of success has rolled into September, ensuring the luxury marque’s third quarter numbers for new vehicle sales exceeded those of last year’s Q3 by an impressive 63 per cent.
Even more notable are September’s sales in isolation, which have seen an increase of a staggering 107 per cent, marking the brands most remarkable month in the region for four years, buoyed by the ever-growing demand for Lincoln’s flagship Navigator SUV. Navigator, which has been setting benchmarks in quality for over two decades, continues to be one of Lincoln’s greatest success stories.
Fresh from record-setting months for sales earlier this year, both Aviator and Corsair, continue to be in high demand across the GCC, with the brand’s newest three-row, premium large utility vehicle, Aviator, specifically, coming a close second behind Navigator in September sales figures.
Overall, adding to September’s 107 per cent surge, across the region, Lincoln’s sales for June, July, and August, grew a notable 36, 52, and 31 per cent respectively over the same time last year, thanks to the luxury brand’s impressive SUV portfolio. These results made it possible for Lincoln to post 10 per cent growth in 2020 so far despite the effects of lockdown earlier in the year.
“We are very proud of the teams in our distributor partners who work tirelessly to make these impressive results possible; our brand registered double digit growth in most of Lincoln’s GCC markets for September” said Sami Malkawi, Sales and Ownership Experience Director, Lincoln Direct Markets. “Lincoln’s full portfolio of Luxury SUVs, coupled with the Lincoln Way ownership experience, continue to take the brand to new highs in the region, and contributes to the growing popularity and customer confidence in our brand”
