CEMB has debuted a new diagnostic wheel balancer that is ideal for use in busy tire shops. The CEMB Diagnostic Wheel Balancer ER75TD is notable for incorporating the latest technological innovations in wheel balancing, mainly the use of laser pinpointing. “Spotter” lasers are used for pinpointing the exact sites for stick-on wheel weights. This minimizes the scope for human error when entering dimensions, according to CEMB.
Other notable features of the new wheel balancer are easy, quick and correct clamping with the aid of pneumatic locking, full-time static on screen for a perfect balance and the use of radial runout sonar for wheel diagnostics. The wheel balancer comes fully assembled and its automatic arm can measure diameters up to 30 inches in addition to automatic entry of the dimensions with width sonar 3D. The inside of the rim is fully visible for technicians with the use of LED. Weight placement has become easier with electromagnetic brake.
Optional accessories include a pneumatic lift, a printer for balancing certificate, a Universal stud adaptor (for hub centric wheels with 3-4-5-6 holes, 75-210mm bolt pattern), which can be used with inside centering cone, stud adapter, bolt pattern adaptor, wheel support spacer for very wide wheels, 2 piece truck cone kits for light truck wheels and large diameter plastic cup for alloy rims protection (8.11″/206mm for alloy rims, includes no-mar ring).
