Those who are visiting at this year’s Automechanika Frankfurt can expect a completely different appearance of the MEYLE brand at is exhibition stand (Hall 5.1, Stand A10). The German brand will also be bringing along some thrilling product range additions.
Presently, Wulf Gaertner’s portfolio provides independent repair professionals with more than 21,000 MEYLE and MEYLE-HD branded products, enabling them to service almost any renowned vehicle application utilizing premium-grade, quality-tested spares. The company’s engineering team invests significant effort in the development of intelligent new products and services intended to help boost efficiency of the repair process. The array of existing and new products, which will be showcased in Frankfurt, will be a notable demonstration of Wulf Gaertner’s success.
At the show, MEYLE is slated to present yet another application of its cutting-edge MEYLE-HD control arm. Intended to replace three various OE control arm versions, the MEYLE-HD part caters for BMW X5 and X6 Series models from YOM 2007 onwards. Hence, this saves repair shops time and money.
There is also a MEYLE-HD front axle repair kit intended for BMW X5 and X6 models built from 2007 onwards, which complements the inpidual part. All the required control arm assemblies along with a full set of corrosion-resistant mounting parts are included in the repair kit.
Furthermore, visitors at the trade fair will see MEYLE water pump kits available for a wide array of vehicle applications, including Audi, VW, Citroën, Peugeot and Renault, and containing all parts needed for the timing belt replacement. The kits also boast the corresponding water pump in MEYLE or MEYLE-HD quality, both of which come with an additional 100,000-mile (160,934-kilometres) minimum performance guarantee–apart from the respective guarantee period.
The MEYLE-HD stabilizer links, which are engineered to fit most vehicle applications from the Volvo FH and Volvo FM model series, will also be another highlight at Automechanika. The complete range of MEYLE-HD stabilizer links for commercial vehicles enables repair professionals to provide value-added repair services while reducing truck downtime.
In order to coincide with the event, MEYLE has also made further additions to its array of van parts including MEYLE PD brake pads for a number of van models such as the Ford Transit, Mercedes Sprinter, and VW Crafter. Vans fitted with the new MEYLE PD brake pad boasting a wear-optimized friction material mix will only come to the workshop for routine vehicle inspection rather than unscheduled brake replacement.
To make it possible for workshops to provide all-round service solutions, MEYLE has added a new cabin air filter to suit VAG applications which will also be displayed on the stand. With a more flexible and made-to-measure design than the OE part, this MEYLE solution is easier to install, hence eliminating the risk of tearing it.
Automechanika Frankfurt 2016 will take place at the Frankfurt exhibition grounds on September 13-17.
