Federal-Mogul Motorparts, a division of Federal-Mogul LLC, has strengthened its strategic partnership with regional distributor Rolman World as part of its bid to increase its presence in the UAE and the MENA region,.
This stronger partnership is expected to increase the demand for products of Federal-Mogul Motorparts in a market where the demand is higher for brands that have a local presence.
Commenting on the partnership, Tim Paustian, Regional Sales Director for MENA, Federal-Mogul Motorparts said that Federal-Mogul Motorparts is partnering with a broader distribution network to make progress in the MENA markets and is also using trade platforms to increase its reach. The company has a strong partnership with Rolman World, a brand that uses trade relationships to supply the region with high-quality Federal-Mogul Motorparts aftermarket parts
The automotive aftermarket is sustained by the need to maintain 2 million vehicles on the road, and also serves as a re-export hub for customers spread across Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Saudi Arabia has a vehicle parc of 7 million plus vehicles and is important from the aftermarket perspective. Lebanon has a vehicle parc of less than one million vehicles but nevertheless serves as a hub for re-export.
Rolman World is expanding its range of premium automotive products from Federal-Mogul Motorparts. The partnership began with the distribution of the Champion range of spark plugs and will now expand to include the full range of Champion products.
Rolman World will shortly launch the Federal-Mogul Motorparts line of Ferodo braking products as well as the Moog, Jurid and Beral lines. These launches will be supported with active participation in regional trade events and exhibitions.
Paustian went on to add that Federal-Mogul Motorparts is showcasing its product lines at regional trade shows. The company participated in Automechanika Dubai, which is the largest international trade show in the Middle East, through distributors like Rolman World. Participation in such trade shows has helped Federal-Mogul Motorparts to boost brand equity and recognition in the GCC market while helping the company to make new connections,” added Paustian.
Tim Green, Sr. VP Global Business Development, Rolman World commented that Rolman World has been engaged in distribution of quality products for automotive and industrial applications from 1969, and become one of the largest and most established authorized distributors and stockists for these industries in the EMEA region.

Rolman World is aiming for 10% market growth in the EMEA region over the next 5 years, and Federal -Mogul Motorparts products will be key drivers of this expansion”.
Rolman World’s headquarters is based in Jebel Ali, Dubai, and the brand is represented in 70 countries by a broad network of distributors.
