DEI Launches New Brochure for Innovative Products

DEI, which is one of the key players in the manufacture of heat and sound control products for the automotive and powersports aftermarket, used the recent SEMA Show as the platform for the launch of a new product brochure. The full color brochure highlights the features of the company’s 18 all new parts, and almost 60 new part numbers.

Some of the notable products in this brochure are Boom Mat pre-cut Interior Heat and Sound Control Kits, DEI’s protective Easy Loom Split Sleeves for protection of wire, hoses and cables, and the DEI Form-A-Shield that can help tolerate direct temps up to 1800°F making the shield an ideal heat barrier for direct contact to hot surfaces.

Through the introduction of these new products in 2017, DEI has highlighted its commitment to new product development when it comes to products for heat and sound control. In 2016, DEI launched  EXO Series Sleeving that has been designed to protect wires, hoses and cables which are positioned near heat sources like exhaust systems and headers. The encapsulating DEI Fire Sleeve is made of 304 stainless steel mesh and creates an air gap to provide exceptional abrasion resistance.

The company’s Heat Reflective Arm Band is to be worn over the shoulder of a Go Kart driving suit for protection against heat from hot exhaust pipes. All products that are featured in the new product brochure were developed at DEI’s headquarters in Avon Lake, Ohio.
