Al Masaood Group, which is a leading private corporation in the UAE has officially launched ‘Auto Central’, a multi-brand service and repair center that is meant to provide high quality maintenance at competitive rates in line with best dealership standards.
‘Auto Central’ is staffed by experienced, qualified technicians and is run by well-trained experts in periodic mechanical services and body and paint repairs. The centre also serves as a facility that provides ADNOC testing for registration of all vehicles. Located in Airport Road and the Al Mussafah area, ‘Auto Central’ is billed as a brand for service centers that work with other facilities of the group to offer customers a premium experience, including a customer-friendly waiting lounge where customers can keep tabs on the progress of their vehicles through the provided TV screens.
Irfan Tansel, CEO, Al Masaood Automotive Division, said: “The establishment of Auto Central network, our latest subsidiary, will ensure that we expand Al Masaood’s unrivalled automotive expertise and services to a broader customer base to cover vehicles of all makes and models across the UAE.”
He continued that the company had decided to expand into the aftersales market with a multi-brand solution due to the rapid rise in demand for reliable aftersales services of the highest standards and best customer service. The company’s objective is to open a network of such branches in Abu Dhabi before expansion into other Emirates and neighbouring GCC countries.
He concluded, “Through our decades of global automotive experience, we can benchmark against the highest standards of service due to our knowledge that we have attained in aftersales service and quality control.”
Auto Central provides expertise across several areas including Quick Lube Service, periodic maintenance service, tire change and servicing, battery replacement; Mechanical Repairs – breaks and suspension repairs, engine repairs, electrical repair service, A/C maintenance and repair, troubleshooting and diagnostics; Body & Paint Repairs, SMART repair; Value Added Services – (Rust proofing, tinting, nano ceramic, additives).
Auto Central will shortly launch a mobile app to cater to customer needs, which will serve as a one-touch solution to manage all car needs, including service appointment booking, service tracking notifications, and roadside assistance.
