ACDelco has announced that it has launched a new e-Catalog in the Middle East and all customers need to do is browse this catalog for all their car-related needs as it would serve as a one stop shop. The Electronic Parts Catalog has been uploaded on the company’s regional website (www.acdelcoarabia.com). Dealer partners and customers can use just a few click through the catalog to find the right part for most vehicle makes and models from a wide database.
Customers and dealer partners can refine their search using several search parameters like vehicle make, model year, part name or part number, to get exactly the part they need. To further increase the convenience, it is also possible to navigate further and fine tune their search down to the engine sizes, fuel and body type. The most notable feature is that the application data integrated into the system so that the customer can navigate through the system easily to find just the right part for their vehicle. The catalog provides detailed information about all the elements so that browsers can make the right choices from the comfort of their own home. Customers can browse through images, specifications, FAQs, features and benefits, maintenance, warranty, wear and troubleshooting at their convenience to make an informed and assured decision. They can opt to browse the catalog in the language that they are most comfortable with the catalog being available in English, Arabic and French.
