It also comes within the commitment to finding smart solutions for transport sector in the country and the region since most of the youth noticeably rely on smart phones.
The leading national Emirati company “Instacar” provides its services through ios and android platforms and later on will be available on the other platforms. Customers can use the mobile app to automatically unlock and lock the rental car as well as to communicate with the company.
Instacar currently has a fleet of 45 hatchback and sedan vehicles, and is set to shortly add other vehicle types to the fleet to meet the needs of all customers. Hourly rental rates can be as low as AED 19 per hour.

Instacar will have 25 outlets spread across Dubai and customers can access cars from the location that is nearest to them. The system of renting cars on an hourly basis minimizes financial strain and will differentiate Instacar from other car rental companies. One of the notable features of Instacar vehicles is that they are refueled through the VIP system available in EPPCO and ADNOC outlets. Motorists are warned when the fuel tank reaches the quarter mark and each vehicle has an RFID chip that uses radio waves to monitor the refueling process. Clients also need not fear breakdowns and emergencies as the company offers road assistance services around the clock.
Instacar is planning an expansion drive from the beginning of 2016 by opening branches in other emirates and opening more branches in Dubai.
