Infiniti has thoroughly revamped its popular QX60 premium crossover for the New Year with many innovative external and internal changes for the seven-seater vehicle. These changes are meant to enhance the appeal of the vehicle by making it safer, more comfortable and convenient.
The exterior of the vehicle is an appealing blend of elegant design and painstaking craftsmanship. With this makeover, the Infiniti QX60 will continue to exceed customer expectations by setting a new benchmark when it comes to luxury and comfort in the premium crossover segment while providing highly flexible and comfortable seating for seven.
The external appearance is characterized by flowing lines and a muscular, rugged form. The new QX60 retainss the signature Infiniti elements of the double-wave bonnet, the double-arch front grille, and crescent-cut D-pillar.
Commenting on the launch of the new model, Juergen Schmitz, Managing Director, Infiniti Middle East said that the new QX60 will be an important component of the brand’s growth strategy in the region in view of the growing demand for premium crossovers.
The model has been highly popular in the Middle East with a 10% growth rate for the first eleven months of 2015. With the launch of the new version which offers better, design, driving dynamics and best-in-class levels of interior comfort and convenience, Infiniti is hoping to bolster its position in the premium crossover segment.
The technological features that have been added to the QX60 for the 2016 version includes Forward Emergency Braking (FEB) with pedestrian detection, making the QX60 the first model from Infiniti to have this feature and the Predictive Forward Collision Warning (PFCW) system. The steering system has been revised and new suspension settings and components will make the ride a lot smoother. Featuring Intelligent All-Wheel Drive, the QX60 is offered with a powerful and efficient 3.5-liter V6 gasoline engine.
The new Infiniti QX60 will make its global debut at the Detroit Motor Show on the 11th of January, 2016 and will be available for sale across the Middle East in the second quarter of 2016.
