Arabian Automobiles Company, AW Rostamani Group’s flagship automotive pision is the exclusive dealer for Renault in Dubai and the northern Emirates. The company has now created history with Arabian Automobiles opening the first Renault concept store in the country. The formal opening of the store which is conveniently located on Al Ittihad Road was attended by key officials from both companies including Michel Ayat, CEO of Arabian Automobiles Company and Hakim Boutehra, Managing Director, Renault Middle East.
Commenting on the new store, Michel Ayat, CEO of Arabian Automobiles Company said that he was proud of the role that his company has played in Renault’s ongoing success story in the UAE as the authorized distributor of the brand in these regions. With the launch of the new state-of-the-art store, expects to offer Renault customers an even higher level of surface and showcase the features that make Renault a real winner.
The Renault Store will have a key role in further popularizing the brand and the new showroom has been styled in keeping with Renault’s new tagline ‘Passion for life’. It comes with a number of engaging features that are ergonomic and are meant to maximize engagement with the customers.
Throughout the store, the emphasis is on enhancing customer’s interaction with the dealership network through a series of new visual space identity concepts that are employed in the showroom as well as in its aftersales facilities. A number of Discovery Zones grouping the brand’s many winning facets under dedicated themes take centerstage. The Headline Zone is dedicated to the company’s most recent models, while the Passion Zone displays Renault vehicles customers might aspire to purchase and these are displayed in a setting that emphasises the brand image. The Z.E. Zone reveals Renault’s fully electric range of vehicles and the Sport Zone showcases the company’s impressive motorsports pedigree and its range of performance vehicles.
Another technological innovation that has been employed at the Renault Store is a Digital Bar, where customers can experience the brand while they relax and enjoy a coffee. A Brand Wall is used to play video highlighting Renault’s history and the many milestones it has achieved over the years. A Car Configurator allows customers to visualize how they can personalise the look of their selected model. The center’s aftersales facility ‘Renault Service’ has been set up with the objective of helping customers save time and worry by catering to every conceivable issue they might have with their vehicle through specific receiving zones and a ‘quick service’ pit-drop concept.
Managing Director, Renault Middle East, Mr. Hakim Boutehra stated that the inauguration of the Renault Store is a significant milestone for Arabian Automobiles Company and Renault. He added that the Renault brand is growing on a daily basis thanks to the efforts made by leading partners like the AW Rostamani Group, who have invested significantly sustain the expansion of the brand in the UAE. He expressed his hope that the new Renault Store will be in a better position to meet customer expectations by offering them a personalized welcome and providing them with opportunities to view and touch the cars, visualize the car in an array of colors and materials, book test drives, avail trade-in offers and ̶interact with knowledgeable sales persons and service advisors. With the Renault Store, we are delivering a unique experience through an outlet that is modern, friendly and dynamic. He confirmed that Renault will be employing the colors of the Renault Concept Store in all the brands showrooms across the Arabian Gulf region by 2017.
Renault played a key role in the spurt in automotive trade in the region in 2015, with an increase of an increase of 3.2% in total vehicle sales. The brand plans to build on this growth in 2016 with the launch of the new Renault Talisman and Koleos models.
