Al Tayer Motors Opens Largest Lincoln Vitrine Facility in the World

As part of its network expansion, Al Tayer Motors, which is one of the leading automobile dealerships in the UAE and is the official dealer for Ford and Lincoln vehicles, has opened the world’s largest Lincoln Vitrine facility at Al Ittihad Road in Dubai. The official inauguration of the new facility was attended by eminent dignitaries like Elena Ford, Chief Customer Experience Officer of Ford Motor Company, senior executives from Al Tayer Motors, Ford Middle East & Africa and Lincoln Middle East.

The new facility spans an area exceeding 11,000 square metres spread over four levels and is the first in the Middle East which showcases Lincoln’s new Corporate Identity. It is also the first in the UAE to incorporate the ‘Lincoln Way’ philosophy and ownership experience. It has been specially designed to provide a warm and welcoming environment to clients. The new state-of-the art facility is an integrated 3S facility comprising showrooms as well as a service and a spare parts center, thus making the experience of owning a Lincoln vehicle effortless.

Speaking at the event, Ashok Khanna, Chief Executive Officer, Al Tayer Motors said that as one of the leading automotive dealerships in the UAE, the company was committed to providing its clients with an exceptional vehicle ownership experience. The facility will serve as a living, breathing space where Al Tayer Motors will begin long-lasting relationships with its clients and give them a taste of the Lincoln Way. It will also offer unrivalled after-sales care.

2018 proved to be a successful year for Al Tayer Motors with regard to Lincoln with year-on-year sales increasing by 50 per cent. It is expected that the opening of the new facility and a new-look showroom on Sheikh Zayed Road will further boost Lincoln’s performance in 2019. Sales in the first quarter are already better than those for the corresponding period in Q1 2018.

She went on to commend the company’s distribution partner, Al Tayer Motors, for its support and commitment to the Ford and Lincoln brands, and for the opening of the stunning new flagship store.

The new Lincoln facility comprises a showroom for new cars on the ground floor in addition to one for Lincoln Certified cars on the mezzanine floor and two basement levels. Specialized client delivery suites are located in the first basement while parking is on the second level.

There are as many as three beautifully furnished vehicle delivery suites where salespersons will hand over vehicles to customers with a detailed explanation of the vehicle’s features. One of the delivery suites is reserved for the Presidential trim vehicles.

The showroom has four sales pavilions with quite areas where customers can discuss their specific requirements in private with salespersons. There is a new configurator room in which clients can touch and experience the leather, wood and paint samples and can learn more about the Co-Pilot 360 features through videos.

A special display area is used to showcase the Presidential trim Navigator and Continental vehicles. It includes the Presidential credenza that helps clients touch and experience the special leather, wood, paints, etc. It also highlights the Revel Ultima sound system that is used only in the Presidential range of vehicles.

Lincoln Motor Company is the only automaker to offer Revel premium audio in its range of luxury vehicles. Each audio system is designed specifically for a particular vehicle, with the placement, tuning, calibration and number of speakers customized to ensure superior sound quality and audio accuracy.

The Lincoln Certified retail area where eight cars are on display is on the first floor. Pre-owned vehicle clients experience the same treatment as new car clients. Each vehicle displayed in the showroom undergoes a comprehensive 200-point premium inspection and comes with a two-year service contract, Lincoln Certified warranty, Lincoln history guarantee as well as a 15-day exchange promise.

The same building also houses Lincoln service and parts centers with a welcoming drive-in reception on the ground floor, which can cater to four clients simultaneously. There are luxurious lounges where clients can relax while they enjoy refreshments and complimentary Wi-Fi while their cars are being inspected.

There is a business center on the first floor for quick service clients where they can work while they wait for their cars to be serviced. Located on the same floor is a workshop with 12 bays that has the capacity to service up to 30 cars on a daily basis.

The working hours for the Lincoln showroom located on Al Ittihad Road are from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm from Saturday to Thursday and from 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm on Fridays. The service center will be open from 7.30 am until 5.30 pm on Saturday to Wednesday and from 7.30 am tol 1.30 pm on Thursdays.

Al Tayer Motors also formally opened to the public its new-look Lincoln and Ford showrooms on Sheikh Zayed Road. These showrooms have been revamped to feature the latest corporate identity guidelines for both the leading automotive brands.

The Lincoln Way and Ford Signature showrooms will provide the customers visiting the Al Tayer Motors complex with an enhanced customer experience.
