Al Habtoor Motors Saudi Arabia is celebrating its first anniversary of selling Daimler-Fuso trucks in Saudi Arabia. The company is celebrating this special occasion with a number of promotional campaigns for its customers and resellers and will be holding promotional events across the Kingdom.
The early success achieved by Habtoor Motors in Saudi Arabia highlights the growing importance customers attribute to reduction of truck operating costs through quick and efficient service and highest possible standards of repair.
Commenting on the milestone, Country Head, Simon Monahan said, “We are amazed by the support and response we have received from our Saudi Team and our customers during this year. Our success is due to the commitment and hard work of our team plus our international standards of customer care, competitive pricing and professionally trained technicians.
He said that the company is determined to demonstrate the highest possible truck industry standards in Saudi Arabia. Al Habtoor’s Khobar and Jeddah facilities will be fully operational in Ramadan and this will give the company a presence in the three main cities of Saudi Arabia. Monahan also used the anniversary as the occasion to announce the launch of Fuso’s new heavy duty tractor head, Thunderbolt, with a GCW of 50 tons and 400 hp. Five demonstrator units of Thunderbolt will be available by the end of Ramadan so that customers can get first-hand experience.
Al Habtoor has also expanded its Habtoor Technical Support 247 program by increasing its fleet of dedicated mobile service vans. These vans are used to service and repair FUSO trucks at the customer’s premises and cover the entire country. This investment highlights the company’s dedication to reducing operational costs through quick and efficient service and repair so that customers benefit from maximum up time and more profit. Al Habtoor Motors promises a one stop solution for all truck operators, including body fabrication, routine maintenance and truck accident repair giving the lowest possible vehicle operating costs across the Kingdom.
