Al-Futtaim Motors Expands Presence in Abu Dhabi with New 3S Center

Al-Futtaim Motors, which is the exclusive distributor of Toyota and Lexus in the UAE, has officially opened its newest 3S facilities (Sales, Service and Spare Parts) for Toyota and Lexus in Madinat Zayed to the public.

The opening of the new facility was marked by a ceremony in which H.E. Mohamed Hamad bin Azzan Al Mazroui, Acting Undersecretary of the Ruler’s Representative Court in the Western Region officially cut the ribbon and was attended by key executives from Al-Futtaim Motors.

In line with the company’s customer-centric approach, the new Madinat Zayed Toyota and Lexus facilities have been developed with the needs of customers in mind, providing those living in the Western Region with not only a convenient location, but also with a superior customer experience, thanks to a team of trained staff committed to provide market leading customer service.

The new Toyota facility, which is strategically located in the Madinat Zayed Industrial Area Road South houses a showroom covering 900 square meters and a service center that covers 3500 square meters. The service center is equipped with 15 work bays that can cater to 60 vehicles on a daily basis thus guaranteeing faster maintenance and express service.

The Lexus showroom, which similarly covers an area of 900 square meters along with the service center will aim to deliver a premium customer experience, in line with the ethos of the brand. The facilities customers will benefit from include a dedicated delivery area for new vehicles and appointment-based car servicing to reduce the waiting time for busy motorists.

Speaking about the new facility Bertrand Thiebaut, Senior Managing Director of Al-Futtaim Motors, said that Abu Dhabi is a strategic market for the company, which has played a vital role in the company’s growth over the past few decades. Al-Futtaim Motors has invested on a continuous basis in new facilities to provide customers with customer-friendly and attentive services. The company’s drive to expand its geographical presence with showrooms and service centers across Abu Dhabi and the Western Region will play a crucial role in making life easier for its loyal customers.

Al-Futtaim Motors has been on a nationwide expansion plan for the past three years, with the company concentrating on Abu Dhabi and neighboring regions, giving customers there easier access to Toyota, Lexus, Hino and Toyota Material Handling Equipment facilities.

The new Madinat Zayed Toyota and Lexus showrooms will be open six days a week and will be closed on Fridays. The showroom will be open from 8 am to 1 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm from Saturday to Wednesday and from 8 am to 1pm on Thursday. The service center will be open from 7.30am to 1.30pm and from 3.30 pm to 7.30pm Saturday through Wednesday, and from 8am to 1pm on Thursday.
