Hankook Holds Contest for Best Motorsport Picture

Hankook Tire is holding a contest for the best motorsports picture taken at races supported by Hankook. The contest is open to participants from Europe in two categories; one for fans and one for motorsport photographer. Highly valuable prizes are up for grabs in this inaugural Hankook Best Photo Award that is meant to unearth upcoming photographic talent, classy motorsport pictures and boost brand awareness.

There are no limits when it comes to creativity in this contest. Pictures can depict scenes from any motorsports event across the world with which Hankook is involved ranging from the action packed 24H Series powered by Hankook, the WRC, the FIA F3 European Championship to the Formula Drift and the DTM races. The shots can depict the cars passing under a Hankook banner, the markings on a Hankook tire or the champagne coated Hankook cap at the award ceremony.

Contestants are required to upload the best shot they have taken through the Hankook website, www.hankooktire-award.com in either the “hobby photographer “ or “motorsport photographer” category. All the images that have thus been uploaded will be open to public voting and sharing until the deadline of October 18 this year.

The ten pictures that get the maximum votes in each category will be displayed to a jury of experts chosen by Hankook. The jury will select the winners in each category.
