Reports say that ZF Services is going to launch a modular transmission oil kit in the Indian market. Recently, the company used to offer a kit which contained the needed spare parts and seven liters of ZF transmission oil. Now, it is offering the same kit with premium grade oil, wither with or without the oil.
In accordance with ZF Services, the kit is applicable to more than 600 passenger vehicles which are equipped with either a 5- or 6-speed ZF automatic transmission. Workshops can choose whether they want the oil change kit with or without seven liters of transmission oil called ZF LifeguardFluid, which can be bought separately as a one liter bottle.
ZF’s transmission oil change kit makes for easy transmission maintenance, as it comes with all the needed spare parts for a standard oil change, beginning from seals, filters, magnets, screws, and an oil pan.
According to Vijay Khorgade, head, ZF Services India, they witnessed a great response in the Indian market for the ZF Services transmission oil for passenger cars. He revealed that this has further encouraged them to expand their product base in India by launching new variants that are customized for the various range of automatic transmission available in the country.
