NGK Spark Plugs Middle East has renewed its support for motorsport in the UAE. The company has announced that it has renewed its collaboration with the Dubai Autodrome for the ninth consecutive year. The renewal of the partnership for the ninth season attests to the company’s commitment to motorsport in the region and will definitely be a boost to the local racing community.
As part of their plans for the new 2019-2020 race season, NGK Spark Plugs Middle East and Dubai Autodrome inaugurated the NGK UAE ProCar Championship, which will involve expanding the previous Touring Car series to include GT and Prototype classes in the same grid.
Managing Director of NGK Spark Plugs Middle East, Yoshihiro Goto said that the company’s unwavering support for motorsport in the UAE highlighted the importance of local racing for the NGK brand. He said that the company was thrilled to promote the new NGK UAE ProCar Championship this season.
