Along with the announcement that it is expanding its range of water pump repair kits, the company gave a few tips for workshop professionals. The first tip was to replace the water pump along with the timing belt in order to avoid repeated repairs as both the components have undergone the same amount of wear and are likely to need replacement at the same time. The second tip is to flush the cooling system thoroughly before refilling the system with new coolant and fitting the new pump.
