MAHLE Service Solutions has launched a new commercial wheek lift that can be used even in shops with low roofs and eliminates the need for a service bay. The ShopPRO CWL-10 is an innovative air operated midrise 10-ton commercial wheel lift that gives mechanics quick access to the key components of all types of vehicles and gives then a high level of flexibility. The wheel lift system makes it easy to lift any vehicle and the positive pinning system facilitates safe and clear access under one end of the vehicle.
The ShopPRO CWL-10 comes with a built-in vehicle support stand so that accessing areas under the vehicle is easy. The 100 percent air operated system is expected to provide years of maintenance and worry-free lifting.
Thanks to the wheel lift’s portable design, there is no need for a dedicated bay. ShopPRO CWL-10 has a maximum lifting height of 24 inches and this is perfect for major component removal. With the use of this wheel lift, the productivity of garages and service center is bound to increase as no time will be wasted for removing aerodynamics from vehicles.
The CWL-10 has a wide, spring loaded base. This gives users a stable platform to facilitate the secure lifting of a wide range of vehicles. The unit also has small wheel adapters and a dual trigger control valve for the synchronized raising and lowering of a vehicle.
MAHLE Service Solutions makes the ShopPRO range of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment in partnership with Gray Manufacturing.
