Bright Box, an international vendor of Connected Car, a remote car management system, has launched a connectivity product for Hyundai Belux. The innovation system will become yet another feature that offers an advantage to motorists when it comes to purchasing the 2019 models of the Hyundai i30 Fastback N, Kona EV, Tucson and the Santa Fe as it makes car maintenance easy and convenient. From the beginning of 2020, all Hyundai Belux cars will have this advantage.
Bright Box has proved to be a dependable provider of excellent service features and an innovative end-user communication channel in the European market prompting Hyundai Belux to set up a unique aggregated information platform for dealerships and for the customer. The motorists give permission to receive targeted communication regarding news and promotions, and can also use the platform for instant access to the dealer for any problems, service and maintenance, and to request the insurance services. The new telematics solution facilitates a few telematics applications, including central locking status, access to data regarding fuel level, battery level, odometer, battery for Hybrid, temperature, trip history, and geo-services. The connected car solution involves the use of a certified OBD dongle that is installed in the vehicle, a web-based control panel, and a custom app for contact with dealers.
A survey that Deloitte conducted of automotive consumers revealed that a large percentage of them would remain loyal to the brand they chose initially if they have a positive dealer experience. 77 percent of those who participated in the survey said that they would purchase again that same brand of vehicle the next time they were looking for one if they had a great experience with a brand’s dealer.
Commenting on the new service, Denis Rastorguev Managing Director Europe at Bright Box said that it was a great honor for his company to be chosen as a provider of a new level of customer retention services for Hyundai Belux. He expressed his hope that this would mark the beginning of long-term cooperation that focused on the digitalization of the automotive market and the increase of a comfortable driving level on the roads of Europe.
