HAAH automotive, a company formed by leading automotive industry executives and experts and Zotye USA announced that they have finalized an agreement with Oracle NetSuite to create the first all-cloud ecosystem in the automotive industry. The new ecosystem will serve to provide total visibility and provide users with a single view into the entire supply chain right from the production stage to delivery and inventory management using web and mobile analytic reporting, according to a statement issued by HAAH Automotive.
The new cloud-based platform will help users to manage the entire automotive ecosystem for all aspects related to sales, distribution, dealer operations and management systems, CRM, parts, service finance, call centers and warranty systems.
Commenting on the new system, Duke Hale, Chairman, HAAH Automotive said that the unified ‘one platform, one cloud-based solution’ system will help the automotive industry to provide customers, dealers, employees and the distributor with unprecedented simplicity, transparency and ease of use.
Hale added that nothing like this has ever been done in the automotive field before. Most OEMs have conventional models with legacy systems and disparate data silos that fall short of end-to-end processes across functional business areas. The new system is truly innovative as it provides real-time information that enhances the Customer Experience (CX).
