Delphi Product & Service Solutions (DPSS) has launched more than 260 new SKUs in North America when it comes to automotive parts related to engine management, fuel, steering and suspension products.
Delphi began its life as a company that made screw-tight mechanical fuel pumps in the 1930s. With over 80 years of experience in this field, the company has now added 53 new fuel pump module assemblies, 11 new fuel pump and strainer sets and one new electric fuel pump. This new electric fuel pump can be used in over 14 million vehicles. The other new products in the fuel category include 16 new fuel transfer units which provide coverage to over 3.4 million vehicles and a new fuel tank sending unit that covers over 340,000 vehicles.
Delphi is also a leading manufacturer of OE MAF sensors. These Delphi sensors come with plated pins that protect against corrosion by assisting in conductivity and minimizing the chance of failure. To the engine management portfolio, Delphi has added nine new MAF sensors that cover over 990,000 vehicles and one new coolant temperature sensor that is compatible with over 3.2 million vehicles. Other new products include eight new manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensors suitable for over 1.9 million vehicles and two new throttle position sensors that cover over 139,000 vehicles.
Delphi has also widened its product range in the suspension and steering categories with 160 new parts that cover more than 20 million vehicles on the road today. Currently, Delphi’s steering and suspension
Range covers line covers more than 20 million vehicles from 1935 to 2016 in the US and Canada, and every part demonstrates OE level performance and precision.
Commenting on the new SKUs, Chad Smith, Vice President, North America and Global Remanufacturing said, “We’re excited to announce more than 260 new applications to the aftermarket. With our plans to grow even further in the coming years, we are committed to serving the needs of our customers and helping to ensure that technicians can continue to trust Delphi for parts that mean successful repairs, every single time.”
