BMW is launching its M2 Coupé enhanced with ‘M Performance Parts’ at this year’s SEMA Show in Las Vegas along with the beautifully modified BMW M4 Coupé.
The premier automaker has given the BMW M4 Coupé a makeover using M Performance aerodynamic components. Included in the enhancements are side sill attachments made of polyurethane (PUR), front trim grille in high-gloss black, high-end carbon fiber (CFRP), along with high-gloss black in the M gill elements.
In order to enhance sporty driving pleasure, BMW has supplied adjustable BMW M Performance coilover suspension, and lowered the suspension to enhance the sporty look and to exude a more dynamic and thrilling ride feel.
Powering the BMW M4 Coupé is a 6-cylinder engine with M TwinPower Turbo Technology that cranks out 431 hp. The car is also equipped with an M twin-clutch transmission that enables it to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 4.1 seconds and achieve top speed of 250 km/h.
BMW revealed that another feature of the car would be a BMW M Performance steering wheel Pro with a rim in Alcantara Anthracite. The initial M Performance components for the M4 are anticipated to be available in January next year, with the entire range scheduled to be unveiled by June next year.
On the other hand, the M2 Coupé will have Black gloss trim bars, rear spoiler in carbon fiber finish, and black gloss trim grilles with M specific twin trim bars.
BMW also noted that the center console of the BMW M Performance would be a combination of Alcantara and carbon fiber and pedal covers in stainless steel.
