Leaders in car infotainment and sound system, Blaupunkt has ventured into the rear seat entertainment category. The company has launched a rear seat monitor in the Indian market that can help keep passengers entertained on the move. The new product, rear seat monitor – BP RSE AD 10.1 is ultra thin. It runs on Android 4.4.4 OS platform with a quad core processor. It has a capacitive touchscreen and built-in Wi-Fi for easy connectivity.
When it comes to the monitor, it has HD display that supports 24-bit True Colour and inbuilt speakers. Memory is good with 1GB DDR3 RAM and 8 GB built-in flash memory. It also supports Bluetooth Headphone pairing and IR headphones. The BP RSE AD 10.1 can also be connected to a Wi-Fi dongle or a smartphone as it has inbuilt Wi-Fi. Once these are connected, rear seat passengers can easily access the internet in the vehicle.
The new rear seat monitor is already available at the retail level and has been designed to keep the rear passengers entertained.
