ACDelco was recently in the news for winning the President’s Award for Electronic Data Excellence. The team from AC Delco received the award during the 2016 ACPN (Automotive Content Professionals Network) Knowledge Exchange Conference that was held in New Orleans. The award was given for exceptional catalog data best practices by Epicor Software Corp. and the Automotive Content Professionals Network.
Speaking about the award, Piers Strike, director of global aftermarket eCommerce, General Motors Customer Care & Aftersales at AC Delco said that the award recognized the company’s efforts to continuously improve the tools that are used by customers on a daily basis to find the right parts.
Every year, leading catalog data recipients in the automotive aftermarket are given an opportunity to recognize a single supplier for excellent electronic catalog, product information and distribution best practices through the ACPN Knowledge Exchange.
