The new Beno app is expected to transform the car rental process in the UAE. Beno Technologies is a company helmed by youngsters who are hoping that their technology platform will make renting vehicles in the country as easy as ABC.
Many technologies are facing disruption with the advent of technology. Car-sharing is not new to Dubai with Uber and Careem being familiar names to most people in Dubai. Beno seeks to leverage the ease with which people have accepted the concept of a shared economy and extend it to the concept of renting cars by using a streamlined tech-based platform.
The new community-based vehicle rental marketplace aims to not only increase traditional sales channels for its partners, but is also expected to make life easier for consumers by creating a more efficient, data enabled, and technology driven process for renting cars. The core concept is to improve the traditional way of doing business by providing customers with high level services, innovation and profound customer care.
“Keeping both our partners and customers happy is the reason we do what we do. With that, success follows,” said Ahmad Eshtieh, Co-founder, Beno Technologies. He said that the Beno team is a community driven bunch that is seeking to fill all gaps in the industry with state-of-the-art technology and constant innovation to enhance the experience of its customers.
Beno Technologies was set up in 2018 and the youth-led tech company has taken the market by storm right from its inception. It attracted the attention of many venture capitalists and investors thanks to the vision, innovation and energy of its leadership team. The company has successfully raised a seed round and is valued at AED 10 million.
According to a study by Euromonitor International, total online car rental sales in the UAE is expected to reach AED 1.85 billion by 2022 and sales are expected to grow at a cumulative rate of 14.8 percent between 2020 and 2022. These figures attest to the positive outlook for the vehicle rental market in the UAE. Beno’s vision is to act as the bridge for local vehicle rental businesses amplifying their probabilities of being part of this statistic.
“Our launch confirms Beno’s continued dedication to spearheading technological innovation within the technology and overarching business community,” said Mohammed Awad, Co-founder, Beno Technologies.
The new Beno app is available for download on Google Play and Apple Store.
