British car brand MG, which is now owned by SAIC has teamed up with its retail partners in Middle East markets like Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain and the UAE to provide free door-to-door aftersales service to cater to the busy professionals in the region. This highlights MG’s commitment to providing customers with the highest possible levels of service.
When customers get in touch with their local retailer by phone to book a service appointment, they will get a courtesy vehicle delivered to them while their vehicle is taken in for service. When the service is completed, their vehicle will be returned to them.
Speaking about the new service, Sun Guang, General Manager of MG Middle East, said that MG is always looking for new initiatives that can enhance the level of customer service and add to its aftersales offering. He expressed his belief that this new initiative will help strengthen relationships with MG’s current customers, especially at a time when Middle East sales are at an all-time high, while also helping to expand its customer base.
MG’s customers already benefit from an extensive aftersales service, comprising an extended six-year or 200,000km warranty across all models, which emphasizes the reliability of MG vehicles and will offer customers peace of mind to customers. The company also offers 24/7 call center support, ensuring customers have round-the-clock access to roadside assistance. The new initiative will definitely add to MG’s appeal among customers.
