The Infiniti Q30 represents a new direction for the brand, with its innovative design, cutting-edge technology and a sleek shape that will provide drivers with an all-new experience.
Design
The Q30 incorporates Infiniti’s signature design elements including the double-arch grille with 3D mesh that is seen in the Q50 in its dynamic and modern design. The bold and muscular design extends into he headlamps and flows down to the bonnet and the fenders of the car. Even while stationary, the signature C-pillar arcs forward to give the impression of motion. The long roof-line and elevated stance add further to the visual appeal of the model.
The LED front fog lamps, body-coloured and heated door mirrors, chrome dual rectangular exhaust finishers. 18-inch alloy wheels are all distinctive little touches that make the Q30 truly a luxury car in this segment.
Technology
When it comes to technology, the Q30’s Around View Monitor with Moving Object Detection, Intelligent Parking Assist, Forward Collision Warning with Forward Emergency Braking and Blind Sport Warning considerably add to the safety and comfort factors. Parking becomes easy with the Intelligent Parking that can tackle all three kinds of parking – tight parallel parking, 90 degrees backing-in and heading –in parking. The Intelligent Parking system uses 12 sensors in the front and rear to automatically steer the vehicle into place while the driver is provided with visual and audio cues for handling the brake and the accelerator.
Performance
When it comes to engine variants, the Infiniti Q30 is available wither with a 1.6L or 2.0L Turbo engines in a 2WD configuration. The 2.0L Turbo which has an output of 208 hp and 350 Nm torque also comes with an optional AWD drivetrain. In AWD mode or with front-wheel drive, the Q30 can go from 0-to-100kph in 7.3 seconds.
