Finding your way around Dubai when the city is changing at such a rapid pace can be really difficulty. New roads and new buildings are constantly being added. In order to cater to its customers better, Infiniti Middle East has announced that it will be launching a MapCar program for all its customers in the region.
With infrastructure in the Middle East changing at a rapid pace, navigation data needs to be updated on a regular basis and this can be an expensive process. With the launch of the Mapcare program, Infiniti is striving to improve the customer ownership experience
All 2016 Infiniti vehicles which have the HDD navigation system will be covered under the Mapcare program. Customers in the region will be provided with three map updates (GCC only) for three consecutive years (from the vehicle’s date of registration) completely free of charge.
Commenting on the program, Juergen Schmitz, Managing Director, Infiniti Middle East said, “At Infiniti we not only sell premium vehicles, but pride ourselves in delivering an overall premium experience to our customers.” He added that with the launch of the company’s MapCareTM program, Infiniti is taking yet another step to give customers added value when they purchase an Infiniti vehicle.
Customers who have purchased models that are older than the 2016 models can benefit from a special Retrofit MapCare package to equip vehicles with the same navigation system. They will be provided with the the option to subscribe to the same program with three updates (GCC only) over three years at a nominal one-off charge.
