Dubai Police have added the hybrid Lamborghini Temerario to their world-famous luxury patrol fleet. With 920 hp and a 0-100 km/h time of 2.7 seconds, it is the force’s latest supercar, but it will work in tourist areas, not on pursuits.
Dubai Police announced on 14 October 2026 that the Lamborghini Temerario has joined its luxury patrol fleet, introduced in partnership with Lamborghini Abu Dhabi and Dubai. It wears the force’s green-and-white livery. Dubai Police haven’t said where the car will be stationed first.
These figures are for the standard Temerario, and Dubai Police haven’t published any changes to the patrol version.
The luxury fleet isn’t used for high-speed chases. Dubai Police say it exists to strengthen police visibility and engagement with residents and visitors, and the cars are deployed at tourist destinations and busy areas. The force has a separate, conventional fleet for frontline patrols.
Brigadier Saeed Al Hajri, director of the General Department of Criminal Investigation, described the fleet as an innovative approach that combines a security presence with community and tourist engagement. Colonel Mohammad Abdulrahman Abdulwahid, director of the Tourist Police Department, said the Temerario reflects the force’s efforts to adopt new technology and partner with the private sector. Martino Picotti, general manager of Lamborghini Abu Dhabi and Dubai, called it an exciting new chapter in the long partnership between Lamborghini and Dubai Police.
The exotic patrol fleet began in 2013 with a Lamborghini Aventador. It has since included a Bugatti Veyron, a Ferrari FF and an Aston Martin One-77. The Temerario follows the Lamborghini Huracán, Urus and Revuelto in the force’s colours. It joins the recently added Urus Performante, and last year the force also added a Mansory-modified Revuelto, as well as a Ferrari Purosangue and Rolls-Royce Cullinan.
The Temerario is one of the first plug-in hybrid supercars in the fleet, and putting the car on the street gives Lamborghini a very visible showcase in one of the world’s biggest supercar markets. For residents and tourists, the point is a photo opportunity and a friendlier police presence.
