Dubai has become home to yet another record with Bentley choosing to open its largest showroom in the world in the emirate. The showroom which is poised to set new benchmarks when it comes to creating a luxurious experience for discerning customers is located on Sheikh Zayed Road. It was officially opened to the public in the presence of senior executives from Al Habtoor Motors, representatives from Bentley’s headquarters in the Middle East, and other eminent dignitaries.
Speaking on the occasion, Karl Hamer, the Managing Director of Al Habtoor Motors said “We are all so proud of the opening of our new flagship showroom on Sheikh Zayed Road. A World Class Dealership
Al Habtoor Motors, Bentley’s exclusive distributor in the UAE invested 100 million Dirhams in the new showroom, which covers a massive area of 75,000 Sq.Ft. It is Bentley’s largest standalone dealership in the world and is set to take the world of luxury motoring to new heights. The building is set to become one of the most iconic buildings on Sheikh Zayed Road, and has the distinction of featuring one of the world’s most advanced luminary façades, as it comprises 160,000 LED lights that act in concert to display the full palette of colors that make up Bentley’s vehicle pallete in addition to displaying visuals of all of Bentley’s iconic bespoke veneers. The façade can be used to stream HD quality video and an unlimited range of graphics and luminary spectacles.
The showroom building is built on a massive scale with three foors dedicated to display of models, a VIP Majlis, a a Bentley merchandise boutique, three basement floors for parking, a roof garden, the Mulliner room for bespoke commissioning and a customized area for handover of vehicles.
Redefined customer experience
Bentley designed the showroom after extensive consultation with leading hospitality experts to provide its customers with an unparalleled experience at showroom, which has been inspired by the customer service model at leading five star hotels in the world like the St Regis.
The showroom is notable for its use of the world’s first Aqua Graphic Water Curtains. The Aqua Graphic Water Curtain can be used for projecting any type of visual, whether it’s a logo or a customer’s name, by employing a specialised water sculpting technique. This is a world first in which customers are welcomed with their name being written in water. The software used in the fountain can automatically recognize a customer on arrival through his vehicle’s number plates, and projects the names of customers in 3D as soon as they walk in through the door.
The reception and service on entry into the showroom is similar to that in a high-end luxury hotel, with complimentary valet parking, and service by doormen trained by the St Regis hotel. Visitors will get a a refreshing cool towel and a drink of their choice from a concierge.
Customers will be taken through a journey that appeals to every one of their senses with a well curated showroom floor showcasing all aspects of the Bentley brand, a Bentley coffee shop serving luxury Bentley chocolates, patisserie and the best juices and coffees in the world.
At the dedicated Bentley Boutique, customers can choose from a wide range of accessories to match their vehicles, from Bentley fragrances to clothing and luggage. Even the beautifully appointed guest elevator, which sports a lining of Mulliner’s bespoke diamond quilted stitching, in Bentley leather,is worthy of mention. The VIP Majlis is the perfect meeting place for Bentley owners and VIP friends of the brand with its bespoke traditional yet contemporary and luxurious design.
