Dubai is a city that is known for its records and unique feats, but this is one feat that has not been tried in Dubai yet. Most Americans celebrate the Fourth of July when they mark Independence Day with fireworks and barbecues. In order to showcase their patriotism, an auto dealership in Kentucky came up with a creative solution when they could not find an American flag that was big enough to cover their lot.
Workers at Paul Miller Autogroup decided to make their own flag by replicating the American flag over an area of 22,000 square foot using 123 red, white and blue Ford vehicles. The entire operation took seven hours and ten drivers and numerous buckets filled with car keys.
“We wanted to do something special to honor the Fourth of July,” said J.P. Miller, CEO and President of Paul Miller Autogroup. “This holiday is very important to us, and we’re fortunate to have the resources to be able to do something on this scale. It really allowed us to use everything that makes Paul Miller Autogroup so successful—our selection, our campus, and, most of all, our people.”
