Arabian Automobiles Installs EV Charging Station to Make Dubai Greener

Arabian Automobiles Company, the company that is the exclusive distributor for Renault vehicles in Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates and a flagship company of the AW Rostamani Group has announced that it has set up an electric vehicle charging station in its Sheikh Zayed Road Renault showroom as part of its contribution to help make Dubai greener. The move is meant to motivate more new car buyers to switch to electric vehicles when they consider buying a new vehicle.

Arabian Automobiles Renault has proved over the years that the company is all about providing its customers with the best service through the launch of new customer centric initiatives and services. The recent move to install a public electric vehicle charger at the Renault showroom on Sheikh Zayed Road highlights the fact that for Arabian Automobiles, the convenience of the larger community is of great importance.

Michel Ayat, CEO of Arabian Automobiles, said that the installation of the electrical vehicle charging station is a progression of the company’s intention to not only cater to its customers but also to the citizens and residents of Dubai as a whole. This aligns well with National Strategies for sustainability, including the Dubai Plan 2021 for a sustainable city that has been developed to adhere to international best practices with regard to dependence on renewable energy sources.

He continued, “We are proud to be playing a role in the green transformation of the Emirate and as such have selected to install the station at the Renault showroom on Sheikh Zayed Road as it is accessible to all commuters.”
