Commenting on the exhibition, Boulos Massoud, Senior Vice President Aftersales, Al Tayer Motors said that this is the second time that the company organized such a contest. The seond edition of the event received an overwhelming response form the company’s talented technicians who proved that they truly have a flair for art and created some remarkable pieces. The wide range of the exhibits and their level of creativity showcase the fact that the employees truly exemplify the company’s two core values – Diversity and Quality.
Massoud added, “Fostering a work culture that recognises employees for their efforts and providing opportunities to display their talents plays a strong role in creating a happy workforce. This in turn spurs them to put in their best to ensure customer satisfaction, resulting in a win-win situation for everyone.”
Over 350 technicians from 11 locations across the UAE participated in the contest that lasted for two months. The contest was instituted with the goal of enhancing their teamwork and highlighting their artistic abilities.
