Al Tayer Motors, the authorized dealer for Lincoln in the UAE is all set to open the first Lincoln concept showroom in the Middle East. Located on the Al Ittihad Road in Dubai, the showroom is expected to be opened to the public in 2018 and will cover an area of 120,000 square feet. The showroom will cater to all the needs of Lincoln customers with different sections for sales, service and spare parts.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Kumar Galhotra, Ford Motor Company Vice-President and President of Lincoln said that it was an honor to be at the commencement of construction of the first new Lincoln concept showroom in the region. He said the new customer-centric Lincoln showroom will give visitors a chance to learn more about the heritage of Lincoln and its range of luxurious and beautifully designed vehicles.
The design and concept of the showroom was developed after extensive research on luxury retailing in several sectors including the hospitality sector. Branded “The Lincoln Way”, the concept focuses on providing customers with a more engaging buying and ownership experience that takes their inpidual needs into account.
According to Ashok Khanna, CEO, Al Tayer Motors, the local dealership, the showroom will highlight not only the almost 100-year history of the brand, but will also emphasize personalized service and attention that Lincoln buyers will receive.
Billed as the first new-look Lincoln concept showroom in the Middle East, the showroom on Al Ittihad Road is expected to take Lincoln to greater heights in the country.
