Al-Futtaim Honda, which serves as the exclusive distributor for Honda cars, motorcycles, marine engines and power products in the UAE, has opened a new 3S (Sales, Service and Spare parts) facility in Abu Dhabi.
The new facility is located at Umm Al Nar and was set up with goal of providing customers with sales, service and spare parts under one roof. The opening of the new facility highlights Al-Futtaim’s continued investment in the Capital. With the new facility being a fully integrated Honda 3S facility, customers benefit from greater convenience and efficiency, whether they need to buy a new vehicle, source spare parts or get their existing vehicle serviced.
The facility was formally opened in a ceremony that was attended by eminent dignitaries like Omar Al Futtaim, Vice Chairman of Al-Futtaim, Taro Kobayashi, Honda Regional Head – Africa and the Middle East as well as senior executives from Honda Middle East and Al-Futtaim.
The facility which covers 8,000 square meters serves as a one-stop-shop for customers where customers get a chance to experience the entire Honda range of certified pre-owned vehicles, sedans, SUVs, motorcycles, marine engines, and power products. The service center has the capability to handle over 100 cars on a daily basis with 21 workshop bays and hence customers will need to wait for only a minimal time.
Commenting on the opening of the new facility, Eric Benavente, Regional Managing Director, Al-Futtaim Honda, said that Abu Dhabi is a very important market for Al-Futtaim Honda and the opening of the new facility reflects the Group’s continued commitment to its customers in the city. The facility is at a convenient location, will offer the complete range of Honda products under one roof and will help the company to better serve its customers.
The Al-Futtaim Honda Umm Al Nar facility is located in Airport Road. It is open all through the week.
