There is nothing like a glass of fresh coffee to keep us going. Coffee drinkers love their cup of java, whether it is hot or cold, or in the form of expresso, cappuccino or café au lait. One thing they would all agree on though is that they could do without the coffee staining their teeth or their clothes in case they spill a little from their cup.
Two Slovakian brothers, David and Adam Nagy have come up with what they bill as the world’s first colorless coffee drink. Called Clear Coffee, it is made from high-quality Arabica beans sourced from Ethiopia and water and is completely free of sugar, sweeteners, preservatives and any sort of artificial flavoring. The brothers have come up with their very own proprietary process that completely eliminates the color from coffee while helping it to retain its flavor. Hence, there is no more question of coffee staining your teeth and you can enjoy your morning cuppa with complete peace of mind.
The colorless coffee is sold under the brand name CLR CFF in clear bottles and has been launched in select stores in the UK like Selfridges and Whole Foods. The exact brewing process of the pruct is a closely guarded secret though the brothers revealed that there are no chemicals involved and it is purely a physical process. There might be some doubt as to what the actual brewing process is, but the coffee is reportedly super strong and will definitely add pep to your day.
