2021 Ram 1500 TRX Launch Edition front 3/4
Ram Middle East continued its growth trajectory, reporting record sales in H1 2022, up 37% versus H1 2021 and increasing 103% against the same period in 2020. The brand’s stellar performance increased its market share in the region by 34%, making Ram the second biggest seller in a segment that has remained flat.
The record sales were largely driven by the diversity of the Ram 1500 lineup with its best-in-class combination of performance, capability and technology. This includes the TRX, the world’s quickest & most powerful mass-produced truck with 702 HP, it’s sibling the Rebel with its 5.7 V8 engine, the stylish Laramie and the luxurious Limited with its premium features.
Commenting on the results, Stuart Laurie, Head of Ram Brand in the Middle East, said: “Through our “Work Hard, Play Hard” strategy we have strengthened Ram’s brand identity and customer experience and grown our network across the region. With a desirable and award-winning line-up of trucks bespoke to the market, we have increased our customer and fan base and delivered record results in H1. and U.S. News & World Report named Ram, the Best Truck Brand for 2022.”
