Lincoln Middle East – the car maker known for its aviation themed models such as ‘Aviator’ has teamed up with car enthusiast, Emirati pilot and flight engineer, Captain Ali Al-Jassmi to celebrate the UAE’s 50th National Day. Captain Ali Al-Jassmi flew over the country’s seven emirates in his 2019 A32 to commemorate 50 years since the United Arab Emirate’s historic unification. Soaring over Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah, and Umm Al Quwain, Al-Jassmi, a social media personality and long-time Lincoln owner, piloted his own plane showcasing in the diverse landscape of the UAE. His sky-high journey began with a scenic drive to Ras Al Khaimah International Airport in his Lincoln Navigator – an icon of the Lincoln SUV line-up – that delivers on luxury, comfort, innovation and design. The three-hour celebratory flight saw Al-Jassmi pass over the UAE’s rugged mountains, stunning deserts and pristine coastlines, with incredible footage captured during the flight.
