Prometeon is the only tire manufacturer which focuses entirely on the industrial segment while “Alltrucks Truck & Trailer Service” is a Munich based multi-brand, full-service workshop concept. The two companies have announced that they have begun cooperating at the European level from 1 October, 2019 onwards. Commercial vehicle workshops which are affiliated with the Alltrucks network will now have exclusive and privileged access to the full range of tires from Prometeon while Prometeon will expand its product and service-expertise to provide both its current and new customers with extensive service. Alltrucks workshops will benefit from the tyre manufacturer’s comprehensive product range and range of solutions. These range from direct purchase of tires for commercial vehicles to access to Prometeon’s Fleet Check tool, and the company’s central billing platform. Other benefits include direct support for Alltrucks partners from Prometeon’s field service team, as well as individual product- and technical-training. Commenting on the partnership, Homer Smyrliadis, Managing Director of Alltrucks said that his company was pleased to establish additional competencies within its workshop network that would make it even easier for its partners to fully maintain and repair their commercial vehicles. One of the main factors of the company’s cooperation with Prometeon is its high degree of product competency and the quality of its products. He said that the mutual understanding between the two companies with regard to the support and qualification of partner workshops will play a key role in the cooperation. . “In line with the path undertaken, for an ever-increasing international presence, today, with Alltrucks, we can count on another top network among our customers. The demands of our shared end customers, the fleets, are moving towards ‘everything from a single source’ solutions in order to minimize any service life. As part of the cooperation, we are glad to team up with the Alltrucks workshop partners with our expertise and develop the tyre business together with the partners,” added Marco Solari, CEO Europe of Prometeon Tyre Group.
