Zenises is seeking to revolutionize the concept of tire retail by introducing a monthly subscription scheme for purchasing tires. For a monthly flat Eur 4.99, this is one move that would be highly welcome to customers. Most customers find the one-time cost of purchasing a new tire to be highly prohibitive, especially if they are already facing financial pressure on other fronts. This reduces their ability to buy a new tire based on factors other than cost considerations like aesthetics or performance. When it comes to fleet customers, income can be hard to predict.
Zenises has launched the new monthly tire purchase scheme called “Z Tire Flat Rate” subscription in Germany. For a small monthly subscription, a customer can fit or upgrade his tires and all tire related costs will be covered.
This scheme has a number of advantages:
This minimizes the possibility of opting for tires based only on cost considerations. It will allow the customer to choose the tire that would offer him the best possible performance instead of just going for the cheapest tire.
Secondly, this facilitates the building of a better relationship between the tire dealer and the motorist as cost is taken out of the equation and the motorist chooses that is most suitable for his needs.
Another reason this is a good scheme is that the monthly subscription scheme will turn the retailer into a one-stop shop for all tire-related services including purchase of consultation about new purchases, tire purchase, and tire fitting.
The Z Tire Flat rate subscription scheme for tires is based on similar plans for other items like cable TV and mobile phone services. When the tires need to be replace and near about 2 mm of tread depth, they would be replaced with new ones. As an outcome of participation in this scheme, the customer will always have tires with sufficient tread depth and this would lead to greater safety on the roads.
From a financial perspective, instead of being a huge one-time cost, the customer can comfortably pay for tires through the monthly tire subscription and will not be caught unawares. He will also not be susceptible to additional price hikes.
Motorists who would like to enhance their safety and comfort by using a wider tire fitment will find this scheme to be highly affordable. Though premium tires and tires in bigger sizes generally cost more, motorists who opt for this scheme end up paying only 1 additional euro for each additional inch.
The new Z performance tire range have excellent ratings with regard to EU norms and values (like class B in both wet grip and rolling resistance).
Currently, Z Tyres is offering the new subscription model in Germany through Alzura Z and their 600 partner stores nationwide. In the event of any tire issue, customers can use their Alzura Z Tyre membership to get reliable, fast and efficient support including tire inspection, refitting and storage. The local Alzura retail partners will become full-fledged tire service centers for Z Tyre tire subscription model.
Even before the motorist arrives at the retailer, the retailer will have tires in the size and specifications needed by the customer with the support of local consignment stock warehouses.
The tire subscription model eliminates the financial headache of having to purchase and stock tyres, with the Z Tyre central warehouse in Germany supplying the selected tire within 24 hours. As the Z-Stores will receive regular income through the subscription method, this will smoothen out their cash inflows a
