The Reifen Show is a bi-annual trade show that no one who is anyone in the tire industry can afford to miss. It serves as a platform for many industry participants to unveil their latest services and products. Tech Europe has already witnessed considerable success this year in the TPMS category with the market response to the T-Pro1, which was launched in January, and the T-Pro2, which debuted in autumn last year. Together, these two products have attained a 95% coverage of direct-TPMS enabled vehicles, including brands like Nissan, Subaru, BMWW, Jaguar and Land Rover.
Both the T-Pro 1 and T-Pro2 are fashioned from the best components including a lighter, more robust housing, the most modern NXP chipset and the seven-year Maxell battery. When it comes to the time needed for configuration, setup is really easy with market-leading 2-3 seconds, making the products at least 10 times faster to configure than other competing programmable sensors. The T-Pro sensors come with a 2 year sensor warranty and can be configured using ATEQ, Tecnomotor, Texa and BrainBee diagnostic tools. According to the Tech team, distributors annd tire service stations no longer need to invest heavily in excess inventory as they need only the T-Pro™.
At the 2016 Reifen show which is scheduled to be held in Essen from May 24 to 27, Tech will be debuting a new range of TPMS products, including the new TECH OE-R. TECH OE-R sensors are targeted at customers looking for direct replacements for OE sensors. It is an efficient and cost-effective alternative as it needs no additional programming and can be easily fitted. Once the relearn procedure is applied, the TECH OE-R sensor is fully functional.
