BKT, the leading Indian manufacturer of giant OTR tires will be using the BAUMA 2016 show as the platform to reveal its Earthmax SR 31 tire to the world. The all-steel radial tire which has just come off the production line and is meant for dozers, articulated dumpers and loaders. It is expected to make a great impact at the BAUMA fair which is one of the world’s biggest trade shows for vehicles in the mining, industrial and construction sectors. The show will be held in Munich, Germany from April 11 to April 17.
The Earthmax SR 31 tire is notable for its multi-ply steel belts which equip the tire with great stability and strength to handle even the toughest operating conditions. Users will benefit from a high degree of maneuverability, excellent riding comfort and outstanding traction. The durability of the tire is enhanced with the use of a cut-and-heat resistant tread compound.
The tire has a low level of rolling resistance due to the use of a radial casing structure. This translates into better fuel economy and lower operating costs. In addition to the multi-layer steel belts, the non-directional rigid block pattern also add to the traction and maneuverability of the tire, even when tackling muddy ground.
The EARTHMAX SR 31 tire for loaders, dozers and articulated dumpers would definitely make loading and material handling operations a lot smoother, even in the toughest terrain and operating conditions. At the BKT stand in MunichIt will be displayed in size 23.5 R 25 at the BKT stand in Munich.
